Very Clever Child

Very Clever Child is a project recently commenced by Hannes Gloor & Stefan Jandl—the duo responsible for curating the latest Kilimanjaro (Issue 8). In the sophisticated spirit of haute couture and with the unfiltered sensibility of yet-to-be-refined motor skills, the label features clothing, accessories, and printed matter which bear the sometimes-strange-but-always-optimistic marks of children. With current sentiments popularizing a hand-produced aesthetic (RE: Mike Perry), the collection acknowledges not only the origin of symbology, but the inherent creativity humanity shares—in childhood, at least.
